1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 6v77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 6v77 website at https://6v77.io, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 6v77 platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the website without an account, and any third party accessing the platform on a player's behalf. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they also meet all eligibility requirements stated herein.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the 6v77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6v77 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds returned to their verified payment method, minus any winnings accrued.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships and other legal entities may not register player accounts on the 6v77 platform.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform and must not be subject to any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that would prohibit you from using online betting services.
• You must not already hold an active 6v77 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. The use of multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses or obscure identity is a serious violation of these Terms.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.

6v77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 6v77 platform, including placing bets, depositing funds and claiming bonuses, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number and preferred payment method.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the platform is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

6v77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to player safety and fraud prevention. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or mobile wallet statement)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit (screenshot of bKash, Nagad or Rocket transaction confirmation)

6v77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Players who have not completed KYC may continue to play with deposited funds but may not withdraw until verification is approved.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 6v77 account credentials, including your username, password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

6v77 will never contact you by email, SMS or any other channel to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from 6v77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the 6v77 support team immediately at [email protected].

All activity carried out on your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawal requests submitted — is deemed to be authorised by you unless you notify 6v77 in writing that your account credentials have been compromised. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the 6v77 support team immediately so that your account can be suspended pending investigation.

6v77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and all data transmissions to protect your personal and financial information. However, the security of your own device, network and login credentials remains your responsibility. 6v77 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication where available.

5 Deposits and Payments

6v77 accepts deposits from players via the following verified payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Debit and Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP account holders may be eligible for enhanced deposit limits as part of their VIP tier benefits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's 6v77 account balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction.

6v77 does not charge any deposit fees on its side. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of 6v77's control. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider before initiating a deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the same name as the 6v77 player account. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made by players who have completed the 6v77 KYC verification process. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices. For example, if your last deposit was made via bKash, your withdrawal will be returned to that same bKash number.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours of request submission. Players who have reached Silver VIP tier or above receive priority processing with target completion times as follows:

• Bronze tier: Standard processing, 2–4 hours
• Silver tier: Priority processing, under 2 hours
• Gold tier: Express processing, under 1 hour
• Diamond tier: VIP express processing, under 30 minutes

Processing times are measured from the moment the withdrawal request is approved by the 6v77 payments team, not from the moment it is submitted. Requests submitted during peak periods — including BPL match days, Eid and Pohela Boishakh — may experience slightly longer review times before approval.

6v77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that follow a pattern of irregular account activity, or that are submitted before any wagering activity has taken place on deposited funds. This is a routine anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing by the player.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

6v77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, these general Terms shall prevail unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 6v77 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the time limit specified in the promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the promotion period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once by registering additional accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and the closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 6v77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are mid-way through fulfilling a wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will have a reasonable period to complete wagering at 6v77's discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets, placing low-risk offsetting bets, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 6v77 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the 6v77 betting rules documentation. The following general rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Market odds fluctuate in real time; the odds displayed on your bet confirmation slip are the odds that will be applied to your bet settlement.
• 6v77 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a technical error, display error, odds compilation error or system malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the full stake is returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for data latency. Bets submitted during this delay may be rejected and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 6v77 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts identified as professional or arbitrage bettors.
• Cricket markets follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI or other relevant national board). In the event of match abandonment, suspension or reduction of overs, bets are settled according to the applicable cricket betting rules.
• All settled bets are considered final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to the 6v77 support team at [email protected] within 72 hours of the bet being settled.

9 Casino and Slot Games

The 6v77 live casino and slot games are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which are available within the game interface or the game provider's published documentation.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6v77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 6v77 platform, whether under your own name or another name
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and compliance with all eligibility requirements
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void. Players who identify a software error are required to report it to [email protected] immediately

• Match fixing, spot fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed on 6v77
• Using insider information regarding the outcome of a sporting event to place bets on 6v77

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication or threatening behaviour towards 6v77 staff or other players

11 Responsible Gaming

6v77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. The platform offers a range of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players free of charge and can be accessed through the account dashboard or by contacting the support team.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

12 Intellectual Property

No part of the 6v77 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 6v77.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. 6v77 licenses this content for display on the platform; it does not own it. 13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6v77 and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the 6v77 platform
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any of its features
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in platform content, odds or game results
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any loss of data, profits or winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, server errors or internet connectivity issues
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 6v77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all other circumstances, 6v77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 6v77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6v77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

14 Privacy and Data

6v77 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 6v77 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, player support, and the administration of your account. 6v77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the platform, subject to data processing agreements that protect your data under equivalent standards.

15 Account Suspension and Closure

6v77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• The player is found to be under the age of 21
• The player has requested self-exclusion
• 6v77 is required to do so by law or by a regulatory instruction

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to self-exclusion, any remaining verified balance after pending bet settlement will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing should contact the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any open bets will be settled at their natural conclusion before the account is closed.

16 Amendments to Terms

6v77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 6v77 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where practical, 6v77 will provide reasonable notice of significant changes by displaying an in-platform notification or sending an email to registered players.

Your continued use of the 6v77 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

17 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the 6v77 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 6v77 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against 6v77 must be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective proceeding or representative proceeding of any kind.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 6v77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the platform or its players.
